Bank transfer
You can pay for your order through bank transfer or deposit in the following bank account:

You must send the bank transfer receipt to atencionalcliente@grupoerik.com.
We will ship the order once we have received the payment confirmation.
Bank transfers made by different entities may take up to two working days (not including weekends and holidays) depending on the bank regulation. We keep the orders made by bank transfer active for four calendar days.
After this time, if the payment has not been confirmed, the order will be cancelled automatically.
Credit card
This payment method is immediate, comfortable, and safe (we use REDSYS payment gateway).
When you finish your order, you can pay on the bank website. You can link to your customer account as many credit cards as you wish to speed up your orders. An order made by credit card can be paid on the next hour of its confirmation. After this time, if the payment is not received, the order will be cancelled automatically.
For safety reasons, you will receive a code on your mobile phone by your bank to finish the payment.
Direct debit
You will have this option once you join our loyalty Premium program.
Among the benefits, you will find the 45-day direct debit bill.
